These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Razer77 online gaming platform, accessible at https://razer77.cam ("the Platform"). Razer77 employs automated and manual systems to detect accounts opened by individuals who do not meet eligibility requirements. Non-compliant accounts will be closed and any funds handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
To access gaming services on the Platform, you must register a Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency (MYR).
Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, including any winings accumulated therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Razer77 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and the forfeiture of all funds held within the Account.
The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a business that facilitates or enables other persons to participate in games on the Platform.
All game outcomes are final once a game round is completed and settled. Razer77 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by our licensed game studio partners. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are maintained in accordance with the certified configurations provided by the respective game studios. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, Razer77's records will be used to determine the correct outcome, and Razer77's decision in this regard shall be final.
Razer77 makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and performance of the Platform at all times. However, access to the Platform may be interrupted temporarily for scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Razer77 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.
You are responsible for managing your own gaming activity responsibly. Razer77 provides self-help tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion mechanisms. Razer77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All fiat transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency transactions are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.
Deposits made via Malaysian e-walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers are generally processed within 5to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain network confirmation times, typically 15 to 30 minutes. Razer77 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received, subject to successful completion of KYC verification. E-wallet withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers via DuitNow and FPX are generally completed within 5 to 15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes. Actual processing times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances outside Razer77's control.
All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of our KYC verification process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and documentation confirming ownership of your registered payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of your withdrawal request.
All Player Accounts on Razer77 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). There are no currency conversion fees applied by Razer77 for MYR transactions. All deposit and withdrawal amounts are expressed in RM.
Minimum deposit: RM30. Minimum withdrawal: RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and player tier. Please refer to the payment section of the Platform for current limits. Razer77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for high-value transactions.
All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, cashback rewards, referal bonuses, and loyalty programme benefits offered by Razer77 are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion. These terms will be published alongside each offer and form part of these overall Terms.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x). The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Players must satisfy the full wagering requirement within the specified validity period.
Not all game types contribute equally towards the satisfaction of wagering requirements. As a general guide, slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager towards the rollover. Live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Sports betting wagers and instant games may carry different contribution rates as specified per promotion. Players should verify the applicable contribution rates before selecting games to play with bonus funds.
While bonus funds are active on your Account, a maximum bet limit applies per game round. The specific limit will be stated in each promotion's terms but is typically set between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per spin or round. Placing bets that exceed the maximum bet limit while using bonus funds is a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry. The validity period applicable to each promotion will be stated in its individual terms, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Uncompleted wagering requirements and unclaimed bonus funds will be removed from the Account upon expiry.
Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, players are entitled to claim each promotional offer only once. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times through duplicate accounts or other means constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Razer77 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account termination, forfeiture of all balances and winings, and where applicable, referal of the matter to the relevant authorities:
Razer77 employs sophisticated fraud detection and anti-money-laundering monitoring systems. Suspicious activity is logged, investigated, and reported to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
All content on the Razer77 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, graphics, images, text, software, game content, and user interface design, is the intellectual property of Razer77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent of Razer77.
You must not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Platform or any game provided through it.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Razer77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure.
Razer77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Razer77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
Razer77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and protecting players from gambling-related harm. We provide a range of self-help tools accessible from within your Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

Razer77 reserves the right to impose mandatory account restrictions on any player showing indicators of problem gambling behaviour, regardless of whether the player has initiated such restrictions themselves.
You may close your Razer77 Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements that have not been satisfied) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Razer77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or any other circumstances that, in Razer77's reasonable assessment, justify such action. In the event of termination for cause, Razer77 reserves the right to withold Account balances pending investigation and resolution of the matter giving rise to termination.
Players who wish to self-exclude from the Platform may do so by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion has been activated, it cannot be reversed during the selected period. Razer77 will use reasonable efforts to ensure that self-excluded players do not receive promotional communications during their exclusion period.
Razer77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or by posting a notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and request Account closure before the amended Terms take effect.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing online gaming operations in the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably through our internal dispute resolution process will be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body in the relevant jurisdiction, as determined by Razer77 in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
